This Technical Lead role sits within an experienced engineering team and reports to a Senior Technical Lead. You will contribute hands-on technical delivery while providing guidance and support to those around you, helping the team maintain high standards and move forward on meaningful work.
What you will bring
- Around 10 years of software development experience, with a strong background in development across .NET, C#, React, Azure and Blazor
- Experience providing technical guidance within a team, including contributing to code quality, reviews, and day-to-day technical decisions
- Solid experience with cloud computing on Microsoft Azure, particularly where high availability and scalability are required
- Experience with working across enterprise environments involving systems integration, APIs, distributed systems, and software security
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI augmented development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus, as is experience with Oracle Fusion, Workday or SharePoint
