About the role
This role is well suited to a Technical BA who is comfortable operating at the intersection of business process, systems integration, and technical delivery. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing functional and technical specifications to support ERP implementation and integration work
- Documenting system interfaces, data flows, and integration touchpoints, including where APIs connect between systems
- Producing workflow maps and process flow diagrams covering both business and system perspectives
- Supporting documentation of technical development and integration processes in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams
- Translating business requirements into clear, implementable technical artefacts
- Working closely with delivery teams to support build, testing, and implementation phases
- Ensuring documentation aligns with agreed architecture, integration patterns, and delivery standards
To be successful in this role, you'll bring
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large ERP implementations
- Hands-on experience working with SAP and/or Oracle platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP / HCM)
- Strong capability producing functional specs, technical specs, interface documentation, and process models
- Solid understanding of systems integration, APIs, and enterprise data flows
- Experience working in complex, multi-stream transformation programmes
- Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
