We’re working with a leading organisation that is investing heavily in its customer digital platforms and is looking for an experienced Omnichannel Solution Architect to help shape and deliver a modern, connected customer ecosystem.
About the role
This role will sit at the centre of the organisation’s digital and customer strategy, designing solutions that connect web, ecommerce, CRM, and customer identity platforms to create seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
You will work closely with business leaders, product teams, and engineering to define scalable architecture that enables a true omnichannel customer journey. You'll be responsible for:
- Designing end-to-end solution architecture across customer platforms
- Connecting ecommerce, web, CRM, and customer identity systems into a unified ecosystem
- Defining architecture that supports omnichannel customer engagement
- Working closely with engineering and product teams to guide platform and integration design
- Helping organisations modernise and scale their digital customer platforms
You are a seasoned architect with experience/expertise with:
- Omnichannel or digital customer platform architecture
- Ecommerce and web platforms
- Customer Identity / CIAM / IAM
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics or similar)
- Designing customer experience and digital platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement across technology and business teams
Bonus: Experience working across large-scale digital transformation programmes or customer platform modernisation will be highly regarded.
