An established NZ business needs an experienced Service Desk Analyst to plug in quickly and keep end-user support running smoothly. This is BAU coverage - they need someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
What You'll Be Delivering:
- End-user support across Windows devices, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), and core business applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across user access, MFA, identity, network connectivity, and VPN
- Accurate ticket logging and management in the service management system
- Knowledge base article creation and maintenance
- Identification of recurring issues and contribution to problem management
- Proven service desk experience - you've done this before and can work independently
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Confident with user access, MFA, and identity troubleshooting
- Available to work fully onsite in Auckland
- NZ-based with working right and available immediately (or very shortly)
