Service Designer

Service Designer | Contract until June 2027 | ASAP start | Akl based

Our client is looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a significant transformation programme as it moves into its next phase.

About the role
You'll play a key role in reviewing and refining existing requirements, ensuring service design considerations are captured and translated into clear, procurement-ready documentation.

Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders, you'll help shape the requirements and supporting artefacts needed to progress the programme through procurement.

About you

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and brings:

• Proven service design experience within complex programmes or transformation projects.
• Strong experience reviewing and validating requirements, mapping services and developing service design artefacts.
• Exposure to procurement processes, RFP preparation or vendor selection would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations, ideally in the public sector.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to work at pace.
