You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, vendors, testers, and programme stakeholders to define, manage, and assure non-functional requirements across iterative releases. You’ll also help establish and maintain an effective framework for managing hardware assets across their full lifecycle.
The role requires someone comfortable operating at detailed design level and bridging business needs with technical delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and refine NFRs, defining scope and acceptance criteria with architects and vendors
- Facilitate workshops and manage vendor progress against NFR evaluations
- Review WCAG assessment reports and validate NFR test outcomes
- Maintain requirements traceability and support programme assurance
- Design and manage an asset management framework, including BAU support models
- Identify risks early and provide clear reporting to programme governance
You’re a proactive, detail-focused Technical BA with experience working on large, complex digital programmes. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, able to move between high-level and detailed technical views, and confident working alongside architects and engineering teams.

- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on complex digital or technology-enabled programmes
- Strong hands-on experience with non-functional requirements
- Ability to write clear, structured, and testable technical requirements
- Experience working in large, multi-stakeholder environments
- Asset management or hardware-enabled solutions
- Payments, transport, or large public sector programmes
- Vendor and system integrator engagement
- Systems integration, APIs, or platform-based solutions
