About the role
Working across quality, clinical, operational and programme stakeholders, you’ll support the development and implementation of quality-focused recommendations.
You’ll be responsible for pulling together information and evidence, developing advice and preparing clear documentation for senior stakeholders and governance forums. You'll focus on:
- Undertaking quality-focused analysis and developing recommendations
- Bringing together evidence, options and stakeholder feedback
- Preparing decision papers, briefings and governance updates
- Supporting pathway assurance and provider quality monitoring
- Contributing to adverse event and continuous improvement initiatives
- Presenting options, implications and recommended next steps clearly and concisely
- Maintaining strong documentation and decision records
You’ll bring senior advisory experience from within healthcare, the wider public sector or a quality improvement environment. You’ll also bring:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly across briefing and governance documentation
- Confidence engaging with a range of senior, clinical and programme stakeholders
- Experience developing recommendations, decision papers and implementation documentation
- An understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance and/or service improvement approaches
- The ability to take complex information and turn it into clear, balanced and practical advice
