This is a strategic contract where you'll work across business, digital and data teams to define the future state of project management, reporting and governance. You'll bring clarity to a complex environment, shape the roadmap, and lay the foundations for a scalable, integrated solution. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the discovery and planning phase of a major enterprise transformation initiative.
- Defining digital and data architecture requirements to support future integration.
- Developing the target operating model and concept of operations for ongoing support and funding.
- Establishing a framework for portfolio-level reporting, governance and data quality.
- Creating a multi-year roadmap for system enhancements and capability uplift.
- Developing a digital change management approach to support successful adoption.

You are a seasoned strategic project manager who enjoys solving complex problems and influencing enterprise-wide outcomes. You'll bring:

- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise transformation or digital projects.
- Strong background in project discovery, business case development or strategic planning.
- Experience working across data, digital platforms and system integration initiatives.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational environments.
- Excellent governance, planning and communication skills.
