About the role
You’ll take ownership of multiple interdependent initiatives within a large, enterprise data platform programme, driving delivery across complex data, analytics, and digital workstreams.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you’ll operate across programme, stakeholder, and delivery layers bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to high-risk, high-visibility initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery across multiple data platform initiatives
- Shaping delivery approaches, sequencing, and execution strategy
- Managing risks, dependencies, and governance across complex workstreams
- Engaging senior stakeholders across business, clinical, and technical domains
- Driving alignment between programme objectives and delivery outcomes
- Mentoring delivery teams and uplifting project management capability
You’re a highly experienced Project Manager who thrives in complexity and knows how to deliver in environments where scope evolves, stakeholders are diverse, and outcomes matter. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale data, analytics, or digital programmes
- Strong background working across multi-stream, high-risk initiatives
- Technical exposure (essential), solid understanding of data ingestion, pipelines, and data lifecycle concepts
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (technical, business, governance)
- Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capability
