This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially minded Senior People & Culture Advisor who understands what great HR practice looks like and who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, professional environment, where a sense of humour is appreciated too!

Supporting the Advisory business, you will work closely with a highly regarded Senior People & Culture Business Partner and be part of a collaborative team delivering high-value people support across the business.

Working alongside Business Partners and reporting to the Senior P&C Business Partner, this role helps bridge strategic people priorities with high-quality operational delivery, ensuring people initiatives and programmes run smoothly while focusing on judgement-led, people-sensitive matters that require strong HR capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support people reporting and analytics aligned to business unit metrics and KPIs
  • Coach leaders on performance management and development frameworks
  • Support employee relations matters, escalating complex cases when required
  • Assist with remuneration and reward processes ensuring fairness and consistency
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including exit interviews and employee insights
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support cyclical programmes including graduate initiatives, performance cycles and engagement surveys
  • Collaborate with operational People teams to ensure efficient HR delivery
About You
You are an experienced HR generalist who is confident in your capability and comfortable operating in a smart corporate environment.
You will bring:
  • 5–7 years’ experience in an HR generalist advisor level role
  • Strong experience across employee relations and performance management
  • Exposure to remuneration frameworks and people programmes
  • Strong analytical capability and experience producing people reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • The resilience to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Experience in professional services or a large corporate environment will be highly regarded. As will exposure to best practice HR and a matrix structure. Most important, will be your positive attitude and friendly personality.
