One of our favourite clients in the Waikato with an outstanding Head of People & Capability needs an experienced Senior People Partner/HR Consultant/Senior HR Advisor, on a contract basis, to provide specialist HR, employment relations and change support to a significant organisational transformation programme.

You are an experienced senior HR practitioner with strong employment relations capability and practical experience supporting organisational change.

- Supporting consultation activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Coaching leaders through change conversations and employment processes.
- Assisting with feedback analysis and outcome documentation.
- Supporting role matching, redeployment and implementation activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a robust process trail.
You are an experienced senior HR practitioner with strong employment relations capability and practical experience supporting organisational change.

You may come from a Senior HR Advisor, Business Partner or Employment Relations background, bringing:
- Significant HR and employment relations experience.
- Proven experience supporting restructures, consultation processes and organisational change initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and good faith obligations.
- Experience working within a unionised environment ideally.
- Exceptional written communication skills and confidence drafting formal employment documentation.
- Strong judgement, credibility and the ability to coach leaders through sensitive situations.
- The ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail and process integrity.
