Senior Integration Developer - Boomi

Senior Integration Developer | Contract (6month) | Auckland (Hybrid)

We are on the hunt for a Senior Integration Developer to join a high-performing technology team working with some of New Zealand's most recognised enterprises.

About the role

This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions across a complex technology environment.

You'll work closely with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable integrations that enable critical business outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and suited to someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges. Your key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions
• Building and maintaining APIs, integrations, and data flows across multiple platforms
• Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to define integration requirements
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues
• Contributing to integration best practices, standards, and governance
• Supporting deployment, testing, and continuous improvement activities

About You

We're looking for a senior-level integration specialist who can hit the ground running and confidently work across complex enterprise environments.

You'll bring:

• Strong commercial experience as an Integration Developer
• Proven hands-on experience with Boomi (essential)
• Experience designing and developing integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, and system connectivity
• Experience working within cloud-based environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider delivery team

Experience with platforms such as Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, API management tools, or event-driven architectures will be highly regarded.
