You'll lead the full planning and performance cycle: budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting packs, scenario modelling, and the materials that land in front of directors. You'll also help to mentor a high-performing team of analysts; coaching, challenging, and building commercial capability that lifts the whole Finance function.
You're the right person if you...
- Are CA / CPA / ACCA qualified with 7–10+ years in FP&A
- Have presented financial reviews to senior executives and board-level stakeholders without breaking a sweat
- Can distil complex financial data into clear, insight-led narratives that drive action
- Have led or been central to enterprise budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles
- Know your way around Power BI, Tableau or TM1 alongside advanced Excel
