About the role
This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you’ll work across the development lifecycle, from technical design and development through to testing, deployment and ongoing improvement.

You’ll be working in a modern engineering environment incorporating technologies such as Next.js, Vite, Svelte, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, AWS, CI/CD and Terraform/TOFU. There is also a growing focus on using AI within the software engineering lifecycle to improve development velocity, quality and the way applications are delivered.
As a senior member of the engineering team, you’ll contribute to technical decisions and engineering standards while remaining firmly hands-on with development.
About you
You’ll be a capable Senior Developer who enjoys being close to the technology and solving complex development problems. We’re looking for:
- Strong commercial software development experience at a senior level with exposure to Cloud (ideally AWS)
- Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development experience
- Experience across modern frontend frameworks and Node.js, as well as building scalable, maintainable applications
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with, or an interest in, AI-assisted software development and modern developer tooling
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
