You'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, working closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure the programme is delivered successfully. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading programme delivery, planning and implementation.
- Managing governance, risks, budgets, vendors and delivery teams.
- Building strong relationships across clinical, operational and technical teams.
- Driving stakeholder engagement, change and system adoption.
- Ensuring delivery aligns with wider organisational and strategic objectives.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital or transformation programmes.
- A strong background in healthcare technology, clinical systems or enterprise-wide implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex delivery environments, vendors and governance.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on getting things done.
