We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead a high-profile Clinical Portal Consolidation programme within one of New Zealand's largest and most complex health environments.
This programme has been established to standardise and modernise clinical portal capability across the local region, reducing technology risk, improving clinical workflows, and creating a more consistent digital experience for clinicians across multiple districts.
Reporting into a major regional transformation programme, you'll be responsible for coordinating delivery across a wide range of technical, clinical, and operational stakeholders. You'll drive programme planning, governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring delivery milestones are achieved within a highly complex environment.
The programme includes:
- Replacing legacy clinical portal technology within greater Waikato.
- Migrating one areas clinical portal to a modern regional platform.
- Supporting the deployment of new clinical workflow capabilities.
- Consolidating and standardising clinical portal functionality across five districts.
- Coordinating discovery, requirements gathering, and future-state planning with clinical and technical teams.
About You
You'll be a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager with extensive experience leading large-scale technology transformation programmes in complex enterprise environments.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation programmes.
- Strong programme governance, planning, dependency, and risk management capability.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Experience coordinating business analysis, solution design, and technical delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Healthcare, clinical systems, or public sector programme experience will be highly advantageous.
