About the role
You’ll operate across both hands-on engineering and solution design, working closely with clients to understand their data challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role will suit a strong Senior Data Engineer, or someone naturally progressing toward a Data Architect pathway, looking to take more ownership of design and direction.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Design and build modern data platforms and pipelines using Snowflake and dbt
- Work with stakeholders to understand, model, and improve their data landscape
- Develop scalable, resilient ETL/ELT processes across varied data sources
- Contribute to solution design and architecture decisions across engagements
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and automation
- Collaborate across engineering, analytics, and client teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Strong experience in data engineering, ideally within consulting or multi-client environments
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake and dbt
- Experience building data pipelines, warehouses, and/or modern data platforms
- Strong SQL and experience working with cloud-based data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders
