About the Role
As Senior Change Manager, you will design and deliver the end-to-end change strategy supporting the implementation of M365 across the newly merged organisation. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, programme leads, IT, and business units to drive adoption, minimise disruption, and embed sustainable ways of working.
This is more than a technology rollout. It is about cultural alignment, capability uplift, and creating a unified digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy and roadmap
- Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
- Deliver communication, training, and adoption plans for M365, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Support leaders to champion change within their teams
- Conduct impact assessments across merged entities
- Measure change effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Proactively manage change risks and resistance
- Proven experience leading change on large-scale digital or M365 programmes
- Experience operating in post-merger or complex transformation environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills at the Executive and Senior Leadership level
- Demonstrated ability to drive behavioural and cultural change
- Experience with structured change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
- Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- High-impact programme with visible executive sponsorship
