We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead change delivery across a large-scale Microsoft 365 rollout following a significant organisational merger.

This is a pivotal role within a complex environment where bringing people together, aligning ways of working, and embedding new collaboration tools will be critical to success.

About the Role

As Senior Change Manager, you will design and deliver the end-to-end change strategy supporting the implementation of M365 across the newly merged organisation. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, programme leads, IT, and business units to drive adoption, minimise disruption, and embed sustainable ways of working.

This is more than a technology rollout. It is about cultural alignment, capability uplift, and creating a unified digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy and roadmap
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple business units
  • Deliver communication, training, and adoption plans for M365, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Support leaders to champion change within their teams
  • Conduct impact assessments across merged entities
  • Measure change effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Proactively manage change risks and resistance
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience leading change on large-scale digital or M365 programmes
  • Experience operating in post-merger or complex transformation environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills at the Executive and Senior Leadership level
  • Demonstrated ability to drive behavioural and cultural change
  • Experience with structured change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
  • Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
