Our client is a recently formed organisation following a period of significant organisational change and consolidation of multiple business units, bringing together people, systems and ways of working into a more unified operating environment.
As part of this work, they are implementing a new ERP platform and building future organisational change capability. The Senior Change Manager will primarily support the ERP programme while also contributing to wider organisational change efforts as the transformation progresses.

This is an initial 6-month contract, with high likelihood of further extension.

- Flexible, adaptive thinker who can tailor approaches to suit different stakeholder styles.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable navigating complex environments with varied tools, processes, and ways of working.
