This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiative, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver critical capability across a complex enterprise environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Support solution design and delivery across an enterprise IAM programme.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful outcomes.
- Contribute to business process improvement and change initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex technology programmes.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts and documentation.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments.
