We're on the hunt for an experienced Process Designer to lead end-to-end process design across a significant programme of work. You'll be working at all levels, from high-level strategic processes right through to detailed operational flows, so breadth and depth matter here.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing business processes from Level 1 through to Level 5
- Producing high-quality process maps, flowcharts, and swim lane diagrams
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders and process owners
- Ensuring documentation is clear, consistent, and fit for purpose
- Strong experience in process design and business process management
- Proficiency with process mapping tools and methodologies
- The ability to operate confidently at a senior level
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
