We’re working with a large, complex organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme, and they’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of data-led initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of data, stakeholders, and delivery, so we’re looking for someone who can confidently operate across both business and technical domains.
About the role:
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering new data products and insights, working closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and technical specialists.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading discovery and requirements gathering across multiple stakeholders
- Translating business needs into clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements
- Supporting the design of data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
- Producing high-quality documentation, process maps, and future-state designs
You’re an experienced BA who is comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments and can bring structure to ambiguity.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst (ideally 5+ years at senior level)
- Strong experience working on data, reporting, or platform-related initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
- Experience working in large, multi-stakeholder environments (public sector or regulated industries a plus)
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
