The Role
You'll be embedded in an Agile delivery team, working across SAP CRM and S/4HANA to design, build, and extend enterprise-grade solutions. Day to day you can expect to be:
- Developing and maintaining ABAP and ABAP OO solutions across complex SAP landscapes
- Building RAP and SAP BTP-based extensions using the ABAP Cloud development model
- Designing and delivering SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 applications and OData services
- Working with SAP HANA platform development, including AMDP and SQLScript
- Building and supporting integrations via IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Leading technical design sessions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers
- Performance tuning and upholding SAP development best practices and standards
Must-haves:
- Extensive ABAP (including ABAP OO) experience in enterprise SAP environments
- Hands-on with RAP, SAP BTP extensions, and the ABAP Cloud development model
- Strong SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 and OData services capability
- SAP HANA development experience (AMDP, SQLScript)
- Solid integration experience across IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and REST/SOAP
- Comfortable leading technical design and mentoring others
- A commitment to code quality, TDD, and code reviews
- Good functional understanding across FI/CO, MM, or SD modules
- Agile delivery experience
- Neptune DXP experience
- SAP Integration Suite or PI/PO exposure
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and enterprise development governance
- SAP certifications
