The Role
Sitting within a squad of engineers, QAs, and developers, you'll own the Salesforce platform and be the go-to person for everything in that space. Day one is about understanding the business. Month one is about discovery. After that, you'll be running.
- Build and maintain solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Design and manage integrations, custom settings, and custom metadata
- Work alongside a broader tech stack including TypeScript, React Amplify, Python, and FastAPI
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute beyond the Salesforce lane
Must-haves:
- Solid Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows)
- Experience with integrations
- Strong understanding of custom settings and custom metadata
- Confidence to ask the right questions and get going without being handheld
- Clear, articulate communication
- Salesforce certification
- Experience with Webdriver.io
- Exposure to TypeScript, Python, or other technologies outside Salesforce
