About the role
You’ll own testing across Salesforce CRM platforms, combining strong manual testing with automation to ensure quality across frequent releases. Working closely with developers, product, and delivery teams, you’ll bring a sharp QA mindset to uncover risks early and lift overall standards.
You'll be responsible for:
- End-to-end testing across Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud)
- Building and maintaining automation frameworks (Selenium preferred)
- Executing functional, regression, and integration testing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout delivery
- Identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve testing practices
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience testing Salesforce CRM platforms
- Strong automation experience with Selenium (Java preferred)
- Solid manual testing fundamentals
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
- A proactive, detail-oriented QA mindset
