About the role
This role sits within a fast-paced digital team focused on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality across end-to-end customer journeys, from storefront through to checkout, combining both manual and automated testing approaches.

You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to identify gaps, break integrations, and ensure robust, production-ready releases. Your key responsibilities include:

• Testing SFCC implementations across web and mobile eCommerce journeys
• Executing functional, regression, and integration testing across complex systems
• Building and maintaining automation using Selenium (ideally with Cucumber BDD)
• Validating APIs, integrations, and end-to-end workflows (cart, checkout, payments)
• Identifying edge cases and improving overall test coverage and quality practices

About you
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Strong QA background with experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java-based automation essential)
• Experience across both manual testing and functional automation
• Solid understanding of integration testing and API validation
• Bonus: JavaScript experience and exposure to BDD frameworks (e.g. Cucumber)
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across teams
