Revenue Assurance is a critical function within this business, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of revenue generation processes, preventing revenue leakage, and optimising financial performance. Reporting to the Revenue Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in protecting revenue integrity across billing, invoicing, and contractual compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end billing processes
- Validating vendor invoices
- Managing rate updates within the system
- Significant hands-on work in Excel
- Reconciling costs against recoveries
- Managing "cash" sales accounts
- Working directly with customers to resolve billing disputes
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Intermediate-Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- Experience within transactional accounting
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to systems such as SAP
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fluid, fast-moving environment
- Open, honest, and a genuine team player
