As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll manage end to end recruitment across a diverse range of roles, working closely with leaders to attract exceptional talent and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and appointment.
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, establish timelines and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Sourcing high-quality candidates through advertising, direct search, networking and talent pooling.
- Screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews and assessment processes.
- Conducting reference and pre-employment checks and preparing employment offers.
- Ensuring candidates receive a professional, engaging and timely experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and becoming their trusted recruitment advisor.
- Working with external recruitment partners where required to achieve the best hiring outcomes.
- Monitoring recruitment activity, reporting on progress and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Championing fair, inclusive and best-practice recruitment.
You're an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing hiring decisions and delivering exceptional service to both candidates and leaders. You thrive in a busy environment, naturally juggle competing priorities, and take pride in finding the right person for every role.
You'll bring:
- At least five years' experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
- Proven success managing end to end recruitment across a variety of roles.
- Strong sourcing capability, including direct search and proactive talent attraction.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and coach hiring managers.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- A sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation, recruitment best practice and inclusive hiring.
- Experience using recruitment systems, talent sourcing tools and recruitment reporting to drive better hiring outcomes.
