Sitting within the Process Team of a large-scale ERP transformation, you'll take ownership of the Science and Commercialisation workstream and play a key role in shaping how a complex organisation delivers on its commercial ambitions.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll take full ownership of the Science and Commercialisation workstream, working closely with Process Owners, SMEs, Business Analysts and Functional Consultants to keep delivery on track and the team firing on all cylinders.
Your focus areas will include:
- Taking accountability for workstream delivery, ensuring scope, timelines and quality standards are consistently met
- Developing and maintaining project plans that connect into the broader programme view
- Identifying, tracking and resolving risks and issues, knowing when to escalate and when to act
- Keeping the Programme Manager informed through well-crafted status reports and dashboards
- Running regular team sessions that keep distributed team members connected and clear on priorities
- Staying ahead of resourcing needs and flagging requirements early
- Cultivating trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, research partners and external vendors
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on Project Management experience within complex transformation environments
- A background in science, research or R&D programmes that have had a commercial dimension, OR solid Business PM experience where you've navigated technology-driven change
- Comfort working at pace with shifting priorities and incomplete information
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to engage credibly across all levels of an organisation
- The drive and resilience to keep momentum going when programmes get tough
- PMP or equivalent formal project management qualification
- Prior exposure to ERP transformation programmes and SaaS delivery models
- Direct experience with the commercialisation of science or research
