This role is ideal for a seasoned contractor who can quickly mobilise, maintain delivery momentum, and provide strong governance and reporting across multiple stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a seasoned contractor who can quickly mobilise, maintain delivery momentum, and provide strong governance and reporting across multiple stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring delivery remains on track during an important execution phase, taking ownership of the coordination and governance for 2 concurrent projects. You’ll keep delivery aligned, risks managed, and stakeholders informed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery coordination
- Producing project status reporting, risk and issue registers, and executive updates
- Coordinating delivery teams, customers, and external partners across multiple time zones
- Managing scope, dependencies, risks, and change requests within established governance frameworks
- Facilitating project forums including working groups, progress reviews, and stakeholder checkpoints
- Supporting key delivery phases including build, testing (FAT/UAT), training, and deployment
- Escalating delivery risks or governance concerns where required
- Providing structured handover documentation at the conclusion of the engagement
You are a hands-on contract Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving delivery environments and can quickly step into complex programmes.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering complex technology or operational projects
- Strong project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience coordinating multi-stream projects across distributed teams
- Confidence working within structured delivery frameworks and change control processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
