This role sits within the Process Team of a significant ERP Programme and offers the chance to make a real impact on how a complex organisation operates. Available as a 12-month fixed-term or contract engagement, we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
The role:
As Project Manager, you will own the HR & Payroll workstream end-to-end. You'll provide day-to-day direction to Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts and Functional Consultants, keeping the team aligned, on schedule and delivering to quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the HR & Payroll stream within the Process Team, driving delivery against agreed scope, timelines and quality standards
- Creating and maintaining project plans that feed into the integrated programme plan
- Managing risks and issues within your process area and escalating where needed
- Preparing high-quality status reports, dashboards and updates for the Programme Manager
- Facilitating regular team meetings for a geographically distributed team
- Managing resource requirements and providing forward visibility to the Programme Manager
- Building strong stakeholder relationships, including with vendors
- A minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience, ideally within large-scale ERP transformation programmes
- Experience implementing HR & Payroll software
- Proven ability to manage in a high-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Solution-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
- Resilient under pressure with the energy to thrive in a time-critical programme
- PMP or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience with ERP SaaS programmes and a sound understanding of the components involved
