Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing and driving two or more concurrent initiatives from handover through to delivery & BAU, ensuring momentum is maintained at every stage
- Building and maintaining relationships across business units including digital, procurement, and vendor partners, as well as smaller regional offices and national corporate teams
- Briefing senior stakeholders and affected parties with clear, well-organised communications and documentation
- Owning project documentation - keeping it accurate, up to date, and accessible across a portfolio of work
- Acting as the connective tissue between workstreams, proactively identifying blockers and pushing initiatives forward
- Proven experience coordinating or managing multiple projects simultaneously in a complex business environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills including being comfortable communicating up, down, and across an organisation
- Excellent documentation and information-retention skills; you can synthesise inputs from multiple sources and keep things organised under pressure
- A lean, adaptive mindset. In other words, you pick things up quickly and don't need everything figured out before you get started
- Bonus: A background in health or experience working in a health-sector organisation
- You must have the right to work in New Zealand and be based in Auckland.
