This role leads the delivery of a multi‑stream cybersecurity uplift programme across a large and reshaping organisation. You will manage programme planning, governance, vendor delivery, and coordination across technical and operational teams.
Key workstreams include MDR onboarding, legacy system remediation, data classification and DLP rollout, third‑party security uplift, and strengthening incident response capability.
This is a 12-24-month fixed-term contract which is delivery-focused, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with established security frameworks and organisational direction.
Key Skills Required:
- 10+ years’ experience leading large technology or cyber-focused programmes.
- Strong governance, planning, budgeting and risk management capability.
- Experience with MDR implementations, cloud security uplift, SIEM integrations or similar.
- Exposure to legacy system remediation and implementation of compensating controls.
- Experience rolling out DLP, data classification or information protection initiatives.
- Understanding of third‑party cyber risk management and supplier assurance processes.
- Strong vendor management experience across security and technology partners.
