We are seeking experienced and highly proactive Senior Project & Programme Coordinators to support the successful delivery of complex projects and organisational initiatives across a variety of organisations. In these contract roles, you will work closely with project managers, programme leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure activities are well‑coordinated, risks are managed, and delivery remains on track.
These positions are ideal for seasoned professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, demonstrate strong judgement, and bring advanced coordination, communication, and problem‑solving capability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑level coordination and administrative support across multiple concurrent projects and programmes.
  • Support detailed project planning, scheduling, and the development and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring risks and issues are identified early and escalated appropriately.
  • Prepare high‑quality reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, minutes, and progress updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Support risk, issue, and change control processes, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining registers.
  • Manage project documentation, shared repositories, and governance artefacts to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to gather information, align activities, and support decision‑making.
  • Assist with resource planning, procurement coordination, and budget monitoring as required.
  • Contribute to the improvement of project delivery frameworks, templates, and tools.
About You
  • Extensive experience in senior project coordination, programme support, or PMO support roles.
  • Strong background working across multiple organisations or contract environments.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments is advantageous.
