Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level coordination and administrative support across multiple concurrent projects and programmes.
- Support detailed project planning, scheduling, and the development and maintenance of project documentation.
- Monitor milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring risks and issues are identified early and escalated appropriately.
- Prepare high‑quality reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, minutes, and progress updates for senior stakeholders.
- Support risk, issue, and change control processes, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining registers.
- Manage project documentation, shared repositories, and governance artefacts to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to gather information, align activities, and support decision‑making.
- Assist with resource planning, procurement coordination, and budget monitoring as required.
- Contribute to the improvement of project delivery frameworks, templates, and tools.
- Extensive experience in senior project coordination, programme support, or PMO support roles.
- Strong background working across multiple organisations or contract environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments is advantageous.
