A large, well-respected professional services group with a serious digital capability. They build and run B2B software platforms used by major organisations across the Asia Pacific. The team is technically strong, the work is meaningful, and the culture backs people who take ownership and think critically.
The Role:
A live B2B platform. A real roadmap. Real customers. This isn't a greenfield dream role, it's hands-on product ownership in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment where your decisions will have a visible impact.
You'll step into a well-established product team and quickly become the person who connects the dots between what clients need, what engineers are building, and where the platform needs to go next.
What You'll Own:
- The roadmap: setting direction, sequencing priorities, and making the hard calls on what gets built and when.
- Client relationships - you'll be in the room with customers, building trust and turning real-world problems into product decisions.
- Cross-functional alignment: keeping engineering, QA, project, support, and finance teams moving in the same direction.
- Release quality - owning the end-to-end process from backlog to deployment.
- The "why" - helping developers, stakeholders, and the wider business understand the reasoning behind product direction.
- Minimum 5 years in software product management; not project management, not just BA work, actual PM ownership.
- Comfortable working directly with engineers; you understand how software is built and can have credible technical conversations.
- Sharp at translating ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable product scope.
- Strong client-facing presence - you can lead a technical discussion without needing to over-explain.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft / Azure ecosystem (Azure DevOps especially).
- Agile is second nature to you.
- QA awareness and basic SQL are a bonus, not a dealbreaker.
- Broad, varied role — no two weeks look the same
- You'll be working with a motivated, experienced team across engineering, QA, design, and delivery
- Strong professional development culture with access to technical experts across the Asia Pacific
- Inclusive environment — diverse thinking is genuinely valued here, not just said
