We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised EA/Practice Manager/Project Coordinator extraordinaire to work closely with the team.
This is a varied role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a dynamic environment.
You’ll play a key role in improving systems, supporting projects, and helping the business scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support projects such as CRM development, office relocation and system improvements
- Assist with client marketing and communications activities
- Help coordinate events, including high-level client and stakeholder briefings
- Provide general business support (e.g. onboarding new clients, supplier management, invoicing support)
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
About You
- A confident, self-starting professional who enjoys working independently
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Experience in professional services is a bonus, but not essential
- Systems-savvy, with an interest in improving processes and workflows
