Working across programme and project teams, technology, business and finance, you’ll consolidate reporting inputs, maintain dashboards and improve the quality and consistency of portfolio information.
This role goes beyond producing status reports. You’ll analyse the data behind them, identifying trends, risks and delivery hotspots and translating these into concise, decision-useful insights for governance and senior stakeholders. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining portfolio dashboards, reporting packs and metrics
- Consolidating reporting across multiple programmes and initiatives
- Tracking milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery confidence
- Maintaining data quality and reporting integrity
- Analysing portfolio data to identify trends, emerging risks and delivery hotspots. Producing clear insights and executive-level reporting
- Supporting governance forums with reporting, dashboards and decision tracking
You are a seasoned insights analyst with experience in a PMO, portfolio, programme reporting or complex analytics environment, ideally within a large organisation. You'll bring:
- Strong reporting, dashboarding and analytical skills, with proven ability to consolidate multiple data sources into clear, structured reporting
- Experience working with programme and portfolio data
- Strong Excel skills, with Power BI or similar dashboarding experience
- Strong analytical capability to identify trends, risks and inconsistencies
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
- Confidence communicating insights to governance and senior stakeholders
