We're looking for an experienced PMO Analyst — someone who can hit the ground running, work alongside a busy PMO Lead, and make a real difference from day one.
What you'll be doing
This is a generalist PMO role with real variety. You'll be working closely with the programme's PMO Lead to tackle a complex environment that needs some structure — specifically:
- Pulling together multiple disjointed workstream plans into one clean, integrated programme plan
- Getting on top of risk management — identifying, logging, tracking, and reporting
- Producing and maintaining the core PMO artefacts: project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and dashboards
- Supporting stakeholder reporting and governance documentation
- Being the reliable all-rounder that keeps delivery momentum going
- Solid experience in a PMO Analyst, Senior PMO Coordinator, or PMO Manager role
- A proven ability to consolidate complex, fragmented plans into a single integrated view
- Strong risk management fundamentals and a good grounding in PMO best practices
- Experience with Monday.com, Jira, or Azure DevOps (ADO) — any one of these is a plus
- Someone comfortable working with ambiguity and rolling with change
- Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
