The Mahi | The Work
You'll be part of a dedicated team delivering people-centred change across a significant programme of work. Depending on your level of experience, you could be involved in:
- Developing and delivering change strategies, plans, and impact assessments
- Stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement planning
- Shaping communications, learning approaches, and business readiness activities
- Supporting the embedding of new ways of working across the organisation
- Measuring change effectiveness and contributing to continuous improvement
- Coaching and supporting others through the change journey
Ko wai koe | About You
We're open to hearing from people at different stages of their change career. What matters most is that you bring:
- SAP or ERP experience
- A solid understanding of change management principles and practice
- Strong relationship skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people
- Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- A commitment to working in culturally safe and inclusive ways
- A relevant qualification and/or change management certification (essential for senior roles, desirable for others)
