This will likely be an initial 1 month contract with the option to extend.
This is a varied support role where you'll help keep marketing, communications, events and partnerships running smoothly. If you're someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, enjoys being hands-on and has great attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating marketing administration, purchase orders, suppliers and promotional collateral.
- Supporting the delivery of events, sponsorships and community partnerships, including logistics, hospitality and promotions.
- Scheduling social media content, updating website content and maintaining marketing calendars.
- Publishing internal communications including intranet updates, newsletters and digital signage.
- Providing project coordination support by maintaining timelines, supplier records and stakeholder communications.
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications or events coordination role.
- Highly organised with strong administration and project coordination skills.
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders, suppliers and competing priorities.
- Experience updating websites, scheduling social media content and supporting internal communications is highly desirable.
- Comfortable pitching in wherever needed and working as part of a collaborative team.
- Immediate start with a contract running through to early December.
- Hybrid working with three days per week based in the Pukekohe office.
- A varied role across marketing, communications and events.
- Occasional weekend work to support events (approximately three days across the contract).
