This is a rare chance to work at the heart of a major digital transformation programme. Our client is midway through a significant overhaul of their digital platform spanning front-end UX/UI and back-end technology. You'll be leading the marketing automation and personalisation workstream, owning outcomes end-to-end in a hands-on, senior delivery role.

You'll be operating with significant autonomy, making decisions, resolving ambiguity, and driving delivery across a complex, cross-functional environment. If you're someone who gets things done and thrives on bringing people together to achieve outcomes - read on.

Key focus areas include:
  • Personalisation strategy and use case delivery: define, prioritise, and drive execution of personalisation use cases across web and app, including goals, KPIs, audience segments, and measurement plans
  • Campaign setup in Marketing Cloud Personalisation: lead the business-side platform setup including segmentation logic, content rules, naming conventions, and governance
  • Data integration and audience management: define data requirements, work with data and technology teams to resolve gaps, and ensure the right audiences and controls are in place before launch
  • Cross-functional coordination: act as the senior business owner across agency partners, developers, UX, data and analytics, digital marketing, and the broader transformation team
  • Backlog and sprint management: shape priorities, groom tickets with BAs, coordinate BAT, and maintain clear documentation through to BAU handover
  • Responsible personalisation: ensure all personalisation activity aligns with privacy, consent, and customer trust obligations

What we’re looking for:
  • Strong background in marketing automation and personalisation
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Solid grasp of data: real-time vs. batch, audience attributes, integration patterns
  • Experience working in agile project environments:  you know how to groom a backlog, work with BAs, and keep a sprint moving
  • A track record of delivering in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Energy, tenacity, and a proactive approach

  • Contract type:  Hourly rate
  • Duration:  12 months
