The Role
This is a hands-on technical support and delivery role sitting at the heart of the team. You'll be the go-to person for escalated issues, Microsoft 365 and Azure deployments, and keeping client environments running smoothly. It's a mix of remote and on-site work, ownership-driven, and with real progression toward a Senior Engineer title for the right person.
What You'll Need
- Solid experience in a technical support or IT engineering role, ideally supporting multiple clients or business environments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD), including user administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Confident with networking fundamentals: firewalls, switches, wireless, and basic security practices
- Windows Server and workstation administration experience; exposure to Azure VMs or Hyper-V is a bonus
- Clear communicator who can translate technical issues into plain language for non-technical end users
- Work with a broad range of clients and technologies
- Real support for Microsoft certifications and professional development
- A genuine pathway to Senior Technical Engineer as you grow
