I'm currently recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst with a well-stablished organisation based in Auckland Central area.
This role sits within a team delivering transformation and change initiatives focused on business optimisation, working across both internal and external projects that improve processes, systems, and overall business performance.
About the roles
This Junior Business Analyst must be keen to grow their careers in a collaborative enterprise environment.
Junior Business Analyst: This opportunity will suit someone with 2-3 years' experience, someone early in their BA career who has already gained some exposure to requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, or process analysis.
Key skills
You'll bring experience working in an enterprise environment, strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Exposure to process improvement, change initiatives, or system-related projects is highly desirable.
