This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering device migration activities, ensuring deployments are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to end users.

About the Role
You'll take ownership of supporting deployment readiness, migration planning, scheduling, and day-to-day delivery. Managing multiple workstreams, you'll coordinate engineers, desktop support teams, floorwalkers, logistics resources, and technical leads to ensure every deployment is executed to a high standard.
You'll also be responsible for supporting risks management, resolving issues, providing regular status reporting, and maintaining alignment between customer project teams and deployment resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support deployment planning, readiness, and execution activities
- Manage (update) deployment schedules, migration run sheets, and rollout plans
- Coordinate engineers, desktop support teams, floorwalkers, logistics, and technical resources
- Participate actively in deployment briefings, daily stand-ups, and post-deployment reviews
- Monitor progress against project milestones and delivery timelines
- Work closely with customer project managers to ensure successful planning and execution
- Support the safe and efficient delivery of device migrations that are up to the agreed quality standards
- Produce clear status reporting and communicate progress to key stakeholders
- Proven experience coordinating large-scale IT deployment, device refresh, migration, or technology rollout projects
- Strong background coordinating technical teams across desktop support, infrastructure, or end-user computing environments
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills
- Experience working deployment run sheets, migration activities, and operational delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues in fast-paced environments
- Experience working within structured project delivery methodologies
