A well-known Auckland infrastructure organisation is mid-delivery on a significant ERP transformation and needs an Integration Lead to own the integration workstream end to end. This is a senior technical role with real programme-level influence.
The Role
- Lead the design and delivery of integration strategy, specifications and solutions aligned to Oracle best practice
- Establish integration tooling and oversee development, testing and go-live activities
- Contribute to Future State Architecture and facilitate integration design discussions across the programme
- Liaise with interfacing system support teams and manage dependencies
- Support and mentor Integration Developers and Analysts
- Track deliverables, manage risks and escalate issues to the Technology Delivery Manager as needed
- Proven experience leading integration on an ERP implementation — this is a must
- Ability to develop integration strategy including interim state arrangements
- Strong working knowledge of modern integration solutions, with Oracle Integration experience highly regarded
- Technically solid across integration concepts and architecture
- Experienced working across large, multi-team programmes with multiple stakeholders
The programme is well underway with executive backing and a strong delivery team around you. You'll have genuine ownership of the integration workstream (not just advising from the sidelines) and the 12-month initial term gives you the runway to see it through properly.
