An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant
to join a high-performing Finance team where you'll be supported by experienced leaders who genuinely care about developing their people. You'll be encouraged to share ideas, challenge the status quo and continue building your capability within a collaborative and professional environment.
About the role:
This is a broad Financial Accountant role offering a mix of core financial accounting responsibilities alongside exposure to a variety of projects and business initiatives.
Working closely with the Senior Financial Accountant and wider Finance team, you'll contribute to month-end and year-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, financial analysis and regulatory reporting.
You'll also partner with stakeholders across the organisation, providing financial insights that support sound decision-making and continuous improvement.
With a strong pipeline of work underway, no two days are quite the same. You'll enjoy variety, the opportunity to build relationships across the business and the chance to contribute beyond traditional financial reporting.
About you:
You'll be CA or CPA qualified with solid 2- 5 years financial accounting experience gained within a corporate, commercial or public sector environment.
You're organised, naturally curious and enjoy understanding how things work.
You take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, can manage competing priorities and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines matter.
Just as importantly, you're someone who enjoys collaborating with others, builds positive working relationships and when you can, look for opportunities to improve processes rather than simply maintaining them.
