What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing monthly P&L, Balance Sheet
- Managing Work in Progress accruals in line with project status and contract values
- Processing journals, accruals, and intercompany transactions
- Compiling Finance and Board reporting packs
- Managing daily cashflow, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR functions
- Maintaining financial records and compliance in line with NZ accounting standards
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CA/CPA preferred)
- 4+ years' hands-on experience in a financial accounting role
- Strong systems skills (experience with Exonet, Workbench, or Acumatica is a bonus)
- Construction or engineering industry background highly advantageous
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal handover
