We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a large organisation and support one of its key divisions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, digging into the numbers, and helping teams understand what’s really driving their financial performance.
You’ll play a big part in planning cycles, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting—while also bringing fresh thinking to managing costs, improving efficiency, and making better business decisions.
What you’ll be doing
• Budgeting, planning, and reforecasting process for your division
• Producing clear, useful monthly reporting with insights and commentary
• Challenging cost plans and helping teams find smarter ways to operate
• Consolidating budgets and supporting the overall financial plan
• Providing expense reports and analysis that leaders can rely on
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and becoming their go‑to finance partner
• Supporting business improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Helping teams understand their numbers so they can make confident decisions
What you’ll bring
• Solid experience in management accounting, FP&A, or a similar finance role
• Confidence presenting financial information to senior audiences
• Strong business partnering skills—you’re comfortable challenging, influencing, and coaching
• A knack for turning data into insights people understand
• Experience in financial services or insurance is helpful, but not essential
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
