Key responsibilities
- Diary management and scheduling
- Document management including finalising minutes, proofreading, editing, and formatting documents
- Preparing content in PowerPoint templates
- Microsoft Teams file management. Rationalising and organising files
- Finance and logistics support. Setting up and maintaining a simple database to track invoices, especially contractor spend
- Inbox management
- Overflow support when required
- Someone who can hit the ground running
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Confident with Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proactive and reliable. Comfortable working with ambiguity
