This is a  hunter role. You'll be opening doors, building pipeline, and closing net new business. If you're an account manager by nature, this one isn't for you. But if you thrive on the chase, love the art of the deal, and want to be rewarded for your results, read on.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Identifying and developing net new business opportunities within the New Zealand mid-market
  • Managing multiple active sales cycles simultaneously with a strong focus on closing new business
  • Selling a powerful suite of ERP, financial management, and broader business application solutions, including e-commerce, budgeting tools, data management, and managed services
  • Working collaboratively with solution architects, pre-sales, and internal specialists to deliver the right outcomes for your clients
  • Building your personal brand and leveraging your existing network to generate pipeline
  • Engaging in complex, consultative sales processes with well-considered deal structures combining licences, subscriptions, and professional services 
What We're Looking For
  • A proven, quota-carrying  B2B sales professional  with a genuine hunter mentality
  • Solid experience selling  ERP, FMIS, or SaaS business applications  (CRM, HRM, or similar) - this is essential
  • A track record of selling to  mid-market businesses  
  • The ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple opportunities on the go at once
  • A collaborative approach. You'll work closely with technical and pre-sales teams
  • Strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent a premium brand with confidence
  • A growth mindset. Our client is on an exciting strategic journey, including a focus on AI and expanding their competitive positioning
Experience in technical sales, hardware, or managed services is not a match for this role.
